The Yamaha Piano Cash back Sale is a promotion conducted by the distributor, Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd and is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 (Yamaha Piano Cash back Sale period) at participating authorised Yamaha Music Australia dealers only.
The cash back offer is only available for sold customer purchases that are paid in full for model variants that are in stock (with YMA or you, the dealer) during the Yamaha Piano Cash back Sale period.
Dealers must register each eligible sale via the Piano Care Dealer portal. To claim, customers must complete the official claim redemption form and provide a copy of their proof of purchase (invoice/fully paid receipt).
No responsibility will be accepted by Yamaha Music Australia for any late or misdirected claims. All claims must be lodged with Yamaha Music Australia within 30 days of purchase.
We ask that by participating in this promotion that you will not disclose or provide information on this promotion to any persons, except for your company’s employees who have a direct need to know it, until the Yamaha Piano Cash Back Sale period is launched.
Cash back amounts are issued in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Yamaha Music Australia reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim, Yamaha Music Australia’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any personal information received is governed under Yamaha Music Australia’s privacy policy.
Cash back payments will be issued by direct deposit to a claimant who purchases a new Yamaha acoustic piano during the Yamaha Piano Cash back period.
The final sale price of any Yamaha acoustic piano is at the discretion of the participating authorised Yamaha Music Australia dealer.
There is only one cash back amount available per unit purchase (e.g. purchase 1 x YUS3 Acoustic Piano and receive $750 cash back).
